STAY ON COURSE ORIGINAL PLAN

Beautiful Spirit, this title is so fitting. Stay on course. Stick to your original plan. You know how you have this great plan and then you all of a sudden pivot and things don’t work out?!

This leads me to one of my favorite quotes that speak volumes. “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” Ralph Waldo Emerson I lost my way for a moment, and things were not working out! I’ve learned my lesson and I’m back!

I was working on my blog last week and things were going terribly wrong. I had the post completed and sent it out to you, only to find out that there was nothing when I clicked on it! It seemed that I had some type of virus. As if that wasn’t enough, I got assistance from tech support. They scanned all my files and had to use backup files, all of which took some time.

What makes this so interesting is, that I mentioned in a previous post that I wanted to do a future post discussing essential wardrobe must-haves. I decided I was going to start with white blouse options and then do individuals posts on each additional piece of clothing with accessories to complete your wardrobe, i.e. trousers, jackets, t-shirts, etc.

I took the time and scanned the internet and created a nice grid of examples. Guess what? Yep, issues. I created a collage, and you could have ordered them if you wanted, but the virus……….. I took it as a sign. Below are a few options, however, you can view more here.

 

Instead of focusing on wardrobes, I’m going back to my original plan, which is to focus on the details…..the finishing touches that help create your look. I am so excited! I look forward to our journeying together in style! Pun intended.

Ralph Waldo Emerson’s quote previously mentioned, lets you know to stay away from the shiny object syndrome. I know, that doesn’t mean things won’t happen, but it does let you know when it’s a clear sign you’re off track

 

The moral of the story, stick to the original plan. Let me know if you’ve set goals for yourself and because you deviated, things didn’t work out!
