ANY UPDATES?

Hello Beautiful Spirit, I’m checking in. If it’s your first time Welcome, or if you’ve been here before, Welcome back! I’ve been thinking about you and was wondering what’s been happening?

Can you believe it’s already month three?! Time truly flies! So, fill me in. I know you’ve made plans, and set some goals, made some changes……. How’s it going? If not good, no worries, you can always start again, or as they say, “get back on the saddle” if you’ve fallen off.

Are you taking care of yourself? Getting a little exercise in? Developing better eating habits? More importantly, are you getting that quiet time in? It makes a great difference, especially if you do it before getting into the emails, and picking up the cell phone, etc…

This was a little note to let you know you were on my mind. Thank you for stopping by and don’t be a stranger! Next time, I would love to hear about your progress and even cheer you on as you build momentum.

Before I go, what are you reading? As I ask that question, I think of the computer analogy of “garbage in, garbage out.” We have to protect our minds, ears, and everything else. 🙂
