WHO’S IN YOUR TRIBE?
03/25/2025HAPPY FEET
Beautiful Spirit, I had so much fun with this post! I hope you enjoy the Six Steps to Happy Feet, as much as I did!
Are your toes ready for spring post was sparked by the warm weather we’ve been having. I figured we just as well get those heels and toes ready after wearing boots, sneakers, and closed-toe shoes. Let’s look at the Six Steps to Happy Feet.
I didn’t want to scare you too much, so I painted a picture for you, and am leaving a little to your imagination. Dry cracking heels…..no signs of lotion, or moisturizer…..got the picture? No judgment………… 🙂
SIX STEPS TO HAPPY FEET
We put our feet through so much! What are your toes saying?
1. We have to start with the proper tools:
Water as hot as you can take it.
Epsom salts, and essential oils.
Foot brush and pumice stone.
2. Freedom at last! Yes, to soaking those tired feet with lots of pretty flowers!
3. This feels so good!
Massage and moisturize with lotion.
4. What color shall I choose today?
5. This one works! Next time I’ll add styish designs!
6. Now I’m ready to step out!
This Quote is fitting for the occasion. Taken from a line in the Poem, “Phenomenal Woman,” by the late, Dr. Maya Angelou.
“It’s the fire in my eyes, And the flash of my teeth, The swing in my waist, And the joy in my feet. “
Yes, now we have “Happy Feet!” Pun intented. The feet have been pampered. Those toes are soothed, heels are moisturized, and ready for sandals.
Do you make it a point to get your toes done all year long? Where’s your favorite spa? Share your deets in the comments.
XOXO,

Well, I’m probably a oddball, lol. I don’t go to a salon to get my pedicures because I’m too ticklish. So I just do the best I can at home.😊
Kay, I get it. Now and again, I go. Otherwise, I do it myself at home. So you’re not an oddball! 🙂
XOXO,
GEM
P.S. Make sure you keep those heels moisturized.
