05/02/2025Beautiful Spirit, the day’s question is, How do you cope? Given life’s state of affairs, what coping mechanisms do you use to relieve anxiety, fear, depression, or whatever you may be experiencing?
Here are 7 things I do.
- Read the Bible. (Matthew Chapter 6: 31 to 33, Philippians 6:4-6. Read these in the New International Version (NIV)
- Pray.
- Exercise.
- I am mindful of who’s in my space. The vibe has to be right. If you’re always complaining, that’s a vibe killer.
- Listen to music. Worship, Jazz, etc. There’s something about that bass!
- Slow down and be still.
- Take one day at a time.
