Beautiful Spirit, I know I’ve shared this before, but I feel impressed to share it again.  Words have power!  What are you saying?  Really think about what you are saying and the effects that it’s having.  Don’t dwell on what was, what happened, or what could have been.  Move forward.  Replace what was with what you want.

Choose to speak life. Build up, and not tear down.  If your circle is contrary to powerful speaking words, change it.  You have what you say!

Positive phrase.  “I will live a long, healthy life.”  Follow up with corresponding actions.   Before you know it, things are changing.  You have pep in your step.  Do you get what I’m saying?
