Beautiful spirit,  when I send a message via this blog, it will always be one of inspiration and encouragement.  This brief message is to  remind you of these powerful words, “Peace Be Still.”  Meditate on these words.  It doesn’t matter what your age bracket is as these words will resonate with all.

This month as we celebrate Thanksgiving, despite the current climate, be thankful for a second chance to _________________.  You fill in the blank.  Be intentional about taking measures to not be anxious about anything.

I was looking for a picture on my phone and came across a picture of myself several years ago.  Girrrlllllllllll……. That’s all I’m going to say about that!  If you’re not in shape, get in shape.  Your life depends on it.  And no, I am not showing you the picture.  I will just say, I was swollen.  🙂

While walking, and yes, I’m still walking, I saw some people had Fall decorations up, and some already had Christmas decorations up.  Do you have your Christmas decorations up already?  Did you put Fall decorations up? Let me know in the comments.
