WHAT’S YOUR VISION FOR 2025?

FRESH START
02/28/2025Beautiful Spirit, I got your attention, didn’t I?! I hear you thinking. What in the world am I talking about when I say, “You Are Full Of It!”
I was walking and this title came to me. I was thinking about constipation. Something I had a problem with for a long time. Consequently, eating the Tright foods and moving play a huge role in smooth moves.
I was never one for taking pills. But back in the day, when I was much younger, Ex-Lax was my friend. Why? It was chocolate! And “I love me some chocolate!” However, I always got serious cramps when taking this product.
Fast forward. There are two products I swear by, in addition to eating right. Flaxseed and prunes. You heard, right?
Two Healthy Ingredients: Flaxseeds and Prunes
These natural smooth moving ingredients are easy to add to your breakfast cereals and smoothies. Whether your choice is acai bowls, oatmeal, or some other cereal, it’s sure to be a winner!
Don’t forget about your smoothies. The sky is the limit with this one. I haven’t put prunes in this one, but I definitely love adding the rainbow and putting a few tablespoons of flaxseed to help take the drink to the next level. What are some of your favorites smoothie recipes?
In addition to flaxseed, chia seeds are also good to add to your drinks.
Am I the only one that like prunes as a snack? This is pure deliciousness! And to think they’re healthy, too? They’re not a fruit you want to eat too much of, but you definitely want to add them to your snack arsenal. I don’t eat more than three at a time. I’m ripped the package so I don’t now what the actual serving size should be. You may want to look to make sure you get the benefits you desire based on suggested serving size.
This post was a lot of fun. I enjoy the play on words as well as there being an actual benefit. By reading this post I hope you’ve considered using these simple ingredients to improve your quality of life. If there’s not a problem, good for you. But if there is, try these options.
I know there are many options out there to include basically eating right. Making sure you eat enough fiber. Get those fruits and vegetables in, etc.
What other healthy snacks do you enjoy eating? While I’m thinking about it, do you know how to read produce labels? Would you be interested in know what the numbers on your produce mean? Let me know by putting it in the comments.
What else is of interest to you? Self-care should always be a priority. If you don’t take care of you, how can you take care of anyone else? That’s real! What are you implementing this year to make sure that happens?
I hope you’ve enjoyed this post as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it. If you know of a friend who may enjoy this post, please share.
Until next time, have a smooth move, or should I say, “let it go!”
XOXO,
Coach G
