A GENTLE RESET FOR APRIL

Beautiful Spirit, A Gentle Reset for April is here with a quiet invitation.  Not to rush, but to renew.  In case you haven’t noticed, resets and renewals are in my DNA.  If it’s not working……… back to the article. 🙂

The heaviness of earlier months begins to lift. Light lingers a little longer.  (Great opportunity to take a walk!)

This is a season for tending.

Not fixing.
Not forcing.
But caring intentionally for what needs your attention.

Self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate to be effective. Sometimes it looks like rest without explanation. Sometimes it’s creating space where there was once pressure. Sometimes it’s choosing yourself in small, consistent ways like having a cup of tea.

Let this month be less about doing more and more about noticing what restores you.

What brings ease.
What brings clarity.
What brings you back to yourself.

You are allowed to feel lighter.
You are allowed to reset your rhythm.

Let April meet you gently and respond in kind.
