Beautiful spirit, do you miss me? I miss you! Before we get to 5 Ways to Get Out of a Rut, I need to share, It’s my birthday month, and I have been chilling hard! I turned the big 6 0 on March 5th. I say, “Thank you, Jesus, for the many blessings that you’ve bestowed on me. 5 WAYS TO GET OUT OF A RUT Life, health, strength. I take nothing for granted and neither should you.
The weather has been nice, wet, cold…..unpredictable. I’ve been taking days off from walking and getting my jump on with my rebounder. I make it a point to do something; it might be jumping rope or the elliptical but I still make it a point to get the self-care in. You should, too! Speaking of weather, how about that gorgeous flower? I know, I’m rushing Spring. It will be here before you know it. Spring cleaning………. That’s all I have to say about that.
